Melbourne Business School will host a special event on how innovation is implemented in large organisations this month.
Associate Professor of Strategic Management Kwanghui Lim and Executive Education expert Greg Harbidge, who run the Innovation for Growth program, will host the event over breakfast at the School on July 19.

"Australian organisations recognise that innovation is increasingly growing in importance as a source of survival," says Kwanghui.
"Succeeding at innovation requires a combination of knowledge and organisational capabilities to generate new ideas, a mastery of the commercialisation processes and the resilience to lead complex change."
Kwanghui created the School’s Innovation Bootcamp and the capstone course for the Master of Entrepreneurship, as well as co-founding Biodesign Melbourne. His work explores the strategies used by organisations to manage knowledge, intellectual property and scientific talent.
