Design, execute and champion a sustainable growth culture and strategy, using deep insider industry knowledge for senior leadership teams. Learn to benchmark against the diverse innovation practices of industry pacesetters, inspire stakeholder thinking and manage behaviours to deliver innovation projects that have a significant impact.

 
 

Kwanghui Lim | Program Lead, Innovation for Growth

Kwanghui Lim is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Melbourne Business School and Institute Fellow of Innovation at Networked Society Institute. His research explores the strategies used by organisations to manage inventors, scientists and the knowledge they create. Kwanghui teaches the Innovation Bootcamp, the MBA Business Strategy core course, Biodesign and education programs.
