Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program Key Facilitator

The program is facilitated by Chyonne Kreltszheim, who leverages her 20-plus years of experience as a lawyer, facilitator and coach to deliver engaging, thought-provoking and practical workshops that develop real skills. Chyonne was previously the CEO of an established negotiation training business with historical ties to the Harvard Negotiation Project. She delivers training in negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and leadership to corporate, public and not-for-profit clients across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

I have been negotiating all of my life – and so have you. The question is, are you negotiating intentionally – or are you just winging it and hoping for the best? Ultimately, this is about empowerment – and not just a slogan, but the ability to advocate for yourself and others in a way that creates mutually beneficial outcomes.
