I have been negotiating all of my life – and so have you. The question is, are you negotiating intentionally – or are you just winging it and hoping for the best? Ultimately, this is about empowerment – and not just a slogan, but the ability to advocate for yourself and others in a way that creates mutually beneficial outcomes.
