Reconnect with old friends, meet other members of our alumni community and say hello to Professor Will Harvey, Director of the Sustainable Value Creation Institute at Melbourne Business School.

This event is open only to people who had attended degree programs, short courses and classes at Melbourne Business School's 200 Leicester Street, Carlton address.

Also invited are current MBS students taking up exchange placements in Hong Kong.

The venue will be a central location. Food and beverages will be your own cost.

About Will Harvey

Will Harvey is a Professor of Leadership and Director of the Sustainable Value Creation Institute. He is an International Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation and a Board Director of WISE Employment.

Will has held the roles of Director of Education at the University of Bristol and Associate Dean of Research and Associate Dean of Global at the University of Exeter. He has worked at the University of Oxford, the University of British Columbia and the University of Sydney. For five years he was the Chair of the Board of Libraries Unlimited.

Will researches on reputation, talent management and leadership within organisations. He has published two books on social purpose and reputation, both with Oxford University Press. His work has appeared in journals such as Harvard Business Review, Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Leadership Quarterly, Management Learning, Work, Employment & Society, and the British Journal of Management.

Will’s work has featured in the Australian, BBC, Bloomberg, the Financial Times, Fortune, Wired and The Conversation. He has worked with leaders across the world in a variety of sectors, including banking, consulting, defence, education, energy, finance, government, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, social enterprises and retail.

Will is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He has won several university and business school awards, and he was the finalist for a Times Higher Education national award.

Will received a first class degree from the University of Durham, an MPhil with distinction and a PhD from the University of Cambridge. He spent a year on undergraduate exchange at the University of California, Berkeley, and was a visiting scholar during his PhD at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
