Human activity is changing the climate in unprecedented and sometimes irreversible ways, according to a major new UN scientific report. The report "is a code red for humanity", says the UN chief - but scientists say a catastrophe can be avoided if the world acts fast.
Business has a critical role to play. This webinar explores climate change and business strategy, with a focus on ASX200 companies. It discusses and brings to life new insights arising from analysis by the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors of ASX200 climate responses and climate strategy-related work by Melbourne Business School.
In responding to climate change:
- Where are ASX 200 companies at?
- Strategically, what's going on?
- Given the transformation needed, where are leaders focused?
