WISE Employment Community Scholarships
The WISE Employment Community Scholarships are the result of a partnership between WISE Employment and MBS. WISE Employment is one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit employment services providers and have helped hundreds of thousands of people to find work with inclusive employers who recognise and value diversity.
In 2025, there are 18 WISE Employment Community Scholarships available for the Emerging Social Purpose Leaders Program.
These scholarships provide emerging leaders, working in social purpose organisations, with the opportunity to participate in a three-month Program of classroom and work-integrated learning to build their business management and leadership capabilities and forge their careers as leaders delivering sustainable social impact.
Value: Tuition fee subsidy valued at $12,500 (of the $13,000 program fee).

Eligibility: In addition to the learner information provided, this scholarship is specifically for those working in not-for-profits and other social purpose organisations.
Application: Applicants must complete the program application via the MBS Academy portal together with a Manager Acceptance form signed and approved by their current employer. Only applicants with fully completed applications will be considered for scholarships. Shortlisted applicants will be notified 10 business days after the closing date.
Application Deadline: 30 April 2025.
