WISE Employment Community Scholarships
The WISE Employment Community Scholarships are the result of a partnership between WISE Employment and MBS. In 2026, there are twenty WISE Employment Community Scholarships available for the Emerging Social Purpose Leaders Program.
WISE Employment - one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit employment services providers - has helped hundreds of thousands of people to find work with inclusive employers that recognise the value of diversity.
These scholarships provide emerging leaders, working in social purpose organisations, with the opportunity to participate in a three-month Program of classroom and work- applied learning to build their business management and leadership capabilities and forge their careers as leaders delivering sustainable social impact.
Value: Tuition fee subsidy valued at $12,500 (of the $13,000 program fee).
Program: Emerging Social Purpose Leaders Program
Eligibility: In addition to the learner information provided, this scholarship is specifically for those working in not-for-profits and other social purpose organisations.
Application: Applicants must complete the program application together with a Manager Acceptance form signed and approved by their current employer. Only applicants with fully completed applications will be considered for scholarships. Shortlisted applicants will be notified 15 business days after the closing date.
