Alumnus joins Melbourne Business School Board
Melbourne Business School today welcomed alumnus and McKinsey & Company partner Cameron Leitch to the School’s Board of Directors.
Melbourne Business School Chairman Ross Barker said Mr Leitch brought a wealth of experience from his role at McKinsey to the Board, which would also benefit from his insight as an alumnus of the School.
“We are delighted to welcome Cameron to the Board and believe he embodies the right mix of technical skills and abilities, unique to his industry, along with a deep understanding of Melbourne Business School, our alumni and the impact we continue to have on the community.”
Melbourne Business School Dean Zeger Degraeve said the School’s diverse faculty, student and global alumni community of more than 16,000 looked forward to welcoming Mr Leitch.
“Cameron has been a valued member of our Alumni Council for the past four years, placing the interests of our community at the heart at every opportunity, particularly in regard to our recent brand campaign and our exciting $10 million investment to revitalise our Carlton campus,” Professor Degraeve said.
Mr Leitch said he was excited by the opportunity to deepen his connection with the School.
“Having graduated from Melbourne Business School in 2007, and served on the Alumni Council, I know first-hand the value and impact that doing an MBA can have on an individual and a community,” he said.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Board as a representative for our extensive global community and contributing to the continued success of Melbourne Business School.”
