Najoung Lim

Najoung Lim is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Melbourne Business School.

She completed her PhD in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland and joined Melbourne Business School in 2023. Najoung’s research focuses on firm strategies in response to technological or regulatory disruptions and the factors behind such disruptions so as to understand the evolution of an industry/ecosystem. Her research has been published in leading academic journals including Strategic Management Journal. Her dissertation has received Strategy Research Foundation Dissertation Research Grant.
