2026 International Women’s Day High Tea
Join us for 'Balance the Scales', an afternoon exploring leadership inequity, action and connection over high tea at The Westin.
The afternoon will feature a conversation on where inequities persist in leadership and the workplace, and the practical steps people and organisations are taking to address them. Insights from public policy, business, and social impact will shape the session, bringing a range of perspectives to this year’s theme.
The discussion will be moderated by Jody Evans, Associate Professor at Melbourne Business School and Director of the Women in Leadership Program. Additional speakers will be announced shortly.
Alongside the discussion, following a glass of Chandon Brut on arrival, guests will enjoy a three-tier high tea prepared by The Westin’s culinary team, featuring savoury and sweet seasonal items, classic scones, and unlimited Vittoria coffee, loose-leaf tea, and hot chocolate. Dietary requirements will be catered for where possible.
Hosted by the MBS Women’s Alumni Network, in partnership with the Women in Management.
