33rd Australia New Zealand Econometric Study Group (ANZESG) Meeting
The Melbourne Business School and the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Business and Economics, the University of Melbourne are hosting the 33rd Australian New Zealand Econometric Study Group (ANZESG) Meeting.
Since its foundation as the New Zealand Econometrics Study Group in 1997, this annual meeting has been a regular forum for econometricians and applied economists in Australia and New Zealand to meet, present, and discuss their work. This conference series features collegial interaction with scheduled discussants for presented papers, awards to recognize young scholars, and regularly attracts visitors from Asia, North America and Europe.View Conference Program

- Submission deadline: 1 September, 2024, for full papers. Paper should be submitted in PDF format to [email protected].
- Notification of acceptance: 15 September, 2024
- Registration deadline: 30 September, 2024
- Full paper required: 20 October, 2024, to be made available to discussants.
- Full program available: 1 November, 2024
Awards:
We will be presenting awards to young / emerging econometricians based on their research and presentation at the meeting. To qualify for an award, researchers should either be working towards a PhD or have completed doctoral research within the past two years. Please let us know when you make your submission whether you wish to be considered for these awards.
Registration fee:
- AUD $160 for academics.
- AUD $80 for PhD students.
