Virtual Talking Data Speaker Series: Glenda Crisp, Chief Data Officer, NAB

Melbourne Business School's Centre for Business Analytics was pleased to welcome Glenda Crisp, EGM Enterprise Data and CDO of National Australia Bank on Tuesday 26 May 2020.

Glenda discussed using data as an enabler for understanding customers, shared her perspectives on data ethics and privacy and discuss what it takes to build a great analytics capability.

Glenda is responsible for building and running the data platforms including the data lake at NAB. Prior to joining NAB, Glenda was the Senior Vice President and Chief Data Officer for TD Bank Group where she set the Enterprise Data Strategy and led the build out of the data governance and management capabilities.

The majority of Glenda’s career has been in technology with increasingly senior roles, including CIO. She is a highly regarded leader known for backing her people, providing opportunity and accountability for her teams, and her focus on delivering for the business.
