In the first MBS Breakfast Series for 2020 we were joined by special guest Clarke Murphy, Global CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates.
With over 25 years of experience in the executive recruiting industry, Clarke joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1988 where he has conducted several significant projects in the industry, including Board of Director searches for UnitedHealth Group and MSCI. Now based in New York, he has also worked in the firm’s Frankfurt and London offices. In conversation with Professor Ian Harper, Dean Melbourne Business School, we will explore Clarke’s perspective on topics, including sustainable leadership, boards and governance, leadership succession & planning, corporate culture and managing diversity.
