General Management Program

Improve the way you manage day-to-day business and other core work functions with our General Management Program.

Combining business theory and practice, we give you a foundational understanding of supervising others, strategy, finance and marketing, and how they work together to create a successful organisation.

Our program is a great opportunity to broaden your executive skills and perspectives, while building the confidence needed to lead across different organisational functions.

“It’s a great opportunity for any business leader to get away from their work environment and think outside the box. The biggest takeaway for me will be to see my role, my organisation and my career not just in the sense of my industry but in the context of the global business network.”

Leuan Williams
Director | Marks Sattin

Industry niches such as organic food, renewable energy technologies and green building are all sources of innovation and social change that can reshape consumer preferences and consumption patterns, reframe marketing and distribution, and alter how goods and services are produced.
