As Dean of Melbourne Business School and Co-Dean of Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne, I head Australia’s leading business school, home to a world-ranked MBA program and the largest executive portfolio in the Southern Hemisphere.
My focus is leading the ecosystem that develops next-gen, future-fit leaders through world-leading programs, education, industry application and mentorship, growing the global pool of good leaders.
Prior, I was CEO of mental health provider Converge International for more than seven years, leading significant business growth and digital transformation, improving psychological safety and culture in many of Australia’s largest organisations.
Earlier, in my first tenure at MBS as the inaugural Director of the Master of Business Analytics, I co-designed and ran the Master of Business Analytics program, ranked in the global top 15 today. I was also Dean, a director and recognised as a Distinguished Academic Fellow in 2021.
I hold a PhD in Operations, Information and Technology from Stanford University and have served on the boards of a wide range of organisations, helping shape what’s next and contributing expertise in strategy, AI, data and psychological health and safety.
A public commentator and speaker, I surface and lead conversations on the future of work, leadership and the impact of technology and AI on skills and jobs.
When I’m not talking (and listening), I’m singing - with the Consort of Melbourne, an 8-voice semi-professional ensemble, singing music from the Renaissance to present day including original Australian works composed just for us.
