Andrea is an accomplished education and research executive commencing her career in 2002.

She has a proven track record of identifying and driving significant strategic change for organisations in the education and research space and within international markets.

Andrea is known for leading transformation and growth in MBA programs and Executive Education portfolios, engaging industry stakeholders in the design and development of innovative content and integrating best-in-class EdTech and blended learning methodologies to enrich student experience and optimise learning outcomes. Her clients include span industries and sectors including Coles, the ASX, NutrienAg, the War College, Geelong Chamber of Commerce, Glen Eira Council, Acciona, Holden, Isuzu, Nissan, Women & Leadership Australia, Monash Health, Kieser Training and the Tata Group.

Andrea’s research and teaching spans leadership, entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, technology and ethics, focusing on industry-engaged research that leads to impact. She has received research funding from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ministry of Human Development in
the Government of India, the Reece Group, Arts Centre Melbourne, and the Lord
Mayor's Charitable Foundation.
