12.00 PM - 1.30 PM

Whether it’s a salary negotiation or performance conversation that sets you up for the next 12 months in your job, workplace conversations can be hard. They can feel difficult, often induce anxiety, and require us to validate and quantify our worth. But what if you shift the conversation from being something you dread to an opportunity to improve relationships and your sense of being valued in the role? In the second webinar of the new series of the Alumni Career Support Program, Aviva Berzon, will share tools to put you in a position of confidence and strength before your next important workplace conversation.

Aviva is the Associate Director of Learning Consulting in MBS’ Organisational Learning Group. She’s been the Program Director for the General Management Program and Leading Change Program and consults to many of our custom executive education clients looking to unlock leadership capability. Before consulting, Aviva became qualified in law, mediation and executive coaching and has worked with hundreds of professionals seeking to improve their negotiation and influence skills.

If you missed past webinars or would like a refresher, recordings and corresponding resources are available in the Alumni Career Support Program Resources folder in the document section (top navigation panel) of the Career Management Centre page on MyMBS.
