Health Leadership in the Age of AI
Transforming Health and Healthcare with AI.
Health Leadership in the Age of AI Course Overview
The Centre for Digital Transformation of Health and Bastas Academy for Health Leadership are hosting a short course on Health Leadership in the Age of AI, focused on transforming health and healthcare with AI.
Data, digital, and AI are becoming relevant to every executive portfolio. This course equips health leaders to make sound strategic, operational, and ethical decisions as digital intelligence increasingly shapes healthcare.
Moving beyond AI literacy, the course develops the judgement and practical capabilities leaders need to shape enterprise strategy and transformation in the AI era - including understanding data and digital foundations, assessing organisational readiness, setting strategy, implementing and governing AI-enabled transformation, leading workforce change, evaluating impact, and creating sustainable value.
Participants will apply these capabilities across clinical, clinical-adjacent, and non-clinical use cases within the realities of the Australian health system, regulatory environment, and funding context.
