PROGRAM DIRECTORDanielle has worked in HR and employee development for companies including Aesop and the Australian Institute of Management, as well as lecturing in organisational change at Monash University.
Julian is a registered psychologist who has worked with everyone from police officers to CEOs. He specialises in executive coaching, culture change, strategy facilitation, leadership and organisational development.
Kath is a registered psychologist and former law firm partner who now works as a consultant and executive coach specialising in leadership development, resilience, emotional intelligence and managing change.
This is a non-residential program. The program fee covers tuition, learning materials and meals during the workshop.
As this program includes some evening activities and meals, we recommend participants stay either on-site at Melbourne Business School (based on availability) or we can recommend a variety of partnering hotels who can offer our guests special corporate rates. Please contact us for more information.
