Jody joined Melbourne Business School in 2002 as a Senior Lecturer and is currently an Associate Professor Marketing and the Associate Dean of Engagement.

After completing her PhD at Monash University, Jody was a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Retailing and Marketing, Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. Jody has extensive consulting experience and is currently working with the Kaiela Institute, Algabonyah Empowered Indigenous Community, Committee for Greater Shepparton, Arts Centre Melbourne, Shepparton Art Museum and Melbourne Recital Centre.

Jody’s research has been published in the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of International Marketing and Journal of International Business Studies with a focus on marketing strategy in international retailing, brand strategy in the arts, building and engaging arts audiences, and repositioning regional communities through collective impact.

In addition to her research, Jody lectures in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour on the MBA and Senior Executive MBA programs and teaches executive education to senior and c-suite professionals and clients.
