Brad Burnett
" Design Thinking works for us in helping to develop a more reciprocal relationship with our customers and to see what role we can have in their lives. Being able to spontaneously test ideas and get a quick response to see what works was a big takeaway for me, and one I've applied to improving our sample sachet offering to customers. "
