Futures Thinking and Strategy Development

We can’t predict the future, but we can anticipate it. With the help of international futurist Dr Sohail Inayatullah, you will plan for the future, learn from it and shape it into your preferred vision by analysing past and future trends to identify new opportunities and anticipate and manage change across your organisation.

You will examine how effective leaders learn from both the past and the future as it emerges in the present. You will gain meaningful models, problem-solving tools and strategic frameworks to anticipate the major trends, threats and opportunities facing your organisation and sector.

You will also develop organisational resilience and the ability to respond with agility and focus if – and when – the future disrupts your long-term goals.

"This program provided the lateral thinking skills that I was looking for. Having completed an MBA and a company director course, I wanted to develop my future-thinking, strategy-building tools to complement my business education to date. This experience was world-class, and I’d recommend it to everyone."
