Motivating and Managing Performance

Managing employee performance is fundamental to organisational effectiveness. But we often fail to do it successfully because we lack the skills needed for the hard conversations. This intensive, two-day, practice-based workshop will strengthen your skills for motivating and managing employee performance. It will provide you with a tool kit for motivation management, and provide you with 'live' performance feedback to foster your leadership capabilities.

"This subject gave me the opportunity to reflect on my working relationships, their health and how I might go about changing my approach to improve things and get greater value and outcomes for my team and the company."
