Leading High Performance Teams

Get the best out of your team to drive organisational effectiveness through our Leading High Performance Teams program.

We focus on helping you to understand your leadership style and identify what you need to do to get the optimal performance out of your team. A great exercise in professional development, this program will help you gain the practical knowledge and tools necessary to handle everyday, team operation issues.

Guided by expert facilitators, you will gain actionable insights through a series of simulations, discussions and robust instruments that take place in two, full-day workshops and a four-week intervention period at your workplace, providing an exceptional opportunity to reflect, refine and apply your new knowledge and skills.

The program may be undertaken in an assessed mode, leading to an accredited Specialist Certificate from the University of Melbourne. Learn more.
