Senior Managers Program

Formerly Implementing Strategy Program

Turn your business strategy into action, with the support of your organisation, through our Senior Managers Program.

Together, we examine all the facets of business leadership, including decision-making, change, communication, culture and systems thinking, giving you the practical strategies needed to improve your performance, along with that of your team and organisation. While discussing various relevant topics and real-life situations associated with each, we’ll equip you with the management toolkit necessary to establish a performance-based culture; align behaviour with goals; and activate strategies.
