Jane has 25 years customer analytics experience in Retail, FMCG, Loyalty and 1 to 1 communication.
Jane is currently the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Foxtel where she is charged with introducing leading analytics capability to their broadcast, streaming and on demand product portfolio, content catalogue and media business.
For 17 years prior to this Jane built and managed the customer analytics capability at Coles and flybuys. Her primary focus was personalising the customer shopping experience through offers and communications. She also implemented and manages Advanced Analytics in Coles group of companies, sophisticating, optimising and automating business decisions across range, promotions, value investment, supply chain, loss and commercial decision making.
In addition to generating significant customer and commercial value, Jane also founded the Coles Analytics Advisory Board, it's members comprising Global Retail Analytics Thought Leaders. She also conceived and established a 2 year specialist Analytics Graduate stream as part of the broader Coles Graduate program. The program identifies, develops and nurtures upcoming analytical talent.
Jane is also a Member of the Melbourne Business School, Centre for Analytics Advisory Board.
