We seek a dynamic Strategic Accounts Manager to join the Executive Education Team at our Carlton campus. Reporting to the National Business Development Manager the Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible for growing, managing and maintaining a portfolio of strategic accounts aligned to the Executive Education business to produce superior client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Acts as strategic relationship manager within nominated client accounts
  • Manages a portfolio of Strategic Growth Accounts, identifying future client needs through client engagement with industry, business and individual drivers
  • Drives new revenue growth through identifying new opportunities with the client by developing key relationships within the account
  • Builds and manages key strategic objectives with each growth client
  • Develops and maintains account plans for client portfolio, facilitating regular account reviews during the year for all strategic growth accounts
  • Develops and maintains key functional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to support the client relationship
  • Becomes the Trusted Advisor to the strategic growth clients
  • Client revenue and contribution margin responsibility including forecasting
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Degree level qualifications in Business, Marketing, Education or related disciplines and/or relevant account management experience
  • Significant strategic relationship management experience preferably gained in a professional services, corporate learning or higher education environment
  • Able to build client relationships strategically, recognising the importance of customers, and developing senior level relationships to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships
  • Strong business orientation, analysis/problem solving, negotiation, resilience and collaboration skills
  • Interest/expertise in learning and organizational development
  • Effective software skills (utilising MS Suite of products), risk analysis and research capability
