We currently have an opportunity in Melbourne for an experienced learning and development professional to join our world-class team, contributing to the design, delivery and facilitation of high impact, customised development solutions for our clients at an individual and organisational level. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the wider Executive Education team and the broader Academic Faculty in MBS and the University of Melbourne, you will be responsible for:
  • managing large scale projects across a diverse range of large-scale learning projects
  • co-creating and facilitating custom learning solutions
  • build long-term client relationships. 
 
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Masters qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related disciplines will be highly regarded
  • 10 years+ experience in a related role
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and facilitation of leadership and management development interventions
  • Ability to build mutually beneficial long-term client relationships
  • Able to consult with clients across a range of industries to help identify and interpret business challenges
  • Experience working with leaders at the Executive level to design and facilitate bespoke learning solutions to address their challenges
  • Deep expertise in areas such as leadership, change and/or emerging trends in learning and organisational development
  • Bring an ongoing commitment to developing your own knowledge and capability
