We currently have an opportunity in Melbourne for an experienced fulltime or part-time learning and development professional to join our team, contributing to the design, delivery and facilitation of high impact, customised development solutions for our clients.   Working closely with the wider Executive Education team and the broader Academic Faculty in MBS and the University of Melbourne, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing diverse, large scale learning projects co-creating and facilitating custom learning solutions
  • building long-term client relationships. 
 
Consultants also have autonomy to provide vision and direction for various client accounts.
 
Ideal candidates will hold a Masters qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related disciplines and have significant experience in a related role.
Experience consulting with clients to identify and interpret business challenges and building and long-term relationships will be highly regarded.
Experience working with leaders at the Executive level to design and facilitate bespoke learning solutions to address their challenges. 
Deep expertise in areas such as leadership, change and/or emerging trends in learning and organisational development is also critical to be successful in this role.
