Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Marketing

The Melbourne Business School (MBS) is seeking to appoint a faculty member in Marketing at the Associate or Full Professor level. We will also consider individuals with a few years of academic experience for the position of Assistant Professor.

MBS (www.mbs.edu) is an internationally ranked business school based in Melbourne, Australia, that offers MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Marketing, and Master of Business Analytics programs, as well as a suite of Executive Education offerings. The School’s full-time MBA program has consistently been ranked in the Financial Times  rankings, and was ranked 9th among non-US business schools by Bloomberg in December 2016. The school’s executive education programs are also very active and were ranked number 1 in 2016 by the Financial Times for both customized and open programs in Australia. The Centre for Business Analytics, established by the School in 2014, provides customized Executive Education programs in analytics and supports the MBS/University of Melbourne Master of Business Analytics program.

Applicants must have a Ph.D., a record of publishing in top academic journals commensurate with the level of appointment sought, and an excellent teaching record. Applicants from any area of marketing are welcome. Applicants should have demonstrated ability to teach core Marketing in an MBA or similar program; interest or experience in delivering executive education programs, particularly in Marketing and Analytics, is desirable although not necessary.
